What I like about You

Sometimes I like things so much that I just can't help but share. And wouldn't you know that when I do share with other folks, they usually end up liking it too. I guess I'm just special that way. *chuckle* Of course since I like my stuff "almost" equally I'm just listing it in the order that it pops into my head aka random. LOL.

Shea butter, the 100% natural stuff that you usually can only find at flea markets or festivals or off the internet. My kids love it so much that the 2 younger DOD actually eat it. *chuckle*

Ezekiel 4:9 cinnamon raisin english muffin are the yummiest! Especially hot from the toaster and slathered with butter. My kids and hubby yum those up.

The Cupcakery in the Central West End make some of the best cup cakes I've ever had. Me and the DOD totally "crack out" on those whenever we buy them. And NO, you can not eat just one.

De Palm Tree in University City, is some of the BEST Jamaican food I've had, besides when Mr. Edmond used to cook with our students in the cafeteria at Alhambra Academy. My hubby even liked it, and he's kinda picky. My parents ate there too when they were in town and didn't say a word the entire meal cuz they were too busy smacking and eating. LOL.

I'm now addicted to hemp milk after my hubby came home with it one day on a fluke. I was like "un-uh" but tried it and fell in love. So far I like the Living Harvest the best and their chocolate hemp is even a hit among the DOD.

Chai mix is now a MUST have in my staple. It's so cheap and easy to make yourself, just add milk or any milk substitute with some ice and voila. Of course I'm mad at all the money I gave Star.bucks to make that sh*t for me for $3 and some change *shakin head*

Who would have thought that a counter top spray could smell so good? Mrs. Meyers geranium scent makes me want to spray that sh*t on myself. I mean really, it smells that good. I LOVE cleaning with that. *chuckle* even the DOD notice and comment on "wow Mommy it's all clean now." LOL.

Extra Thick Rolled Oats are now a SUPER favorite among the DOD. We used to make them the instant oatmeal because, well it was INSTANT. I sometimes made the regular cooked oatmeal with the Quick Rolled Oats and they like it better of course but it was no biggie. Well since my hubby does all the grocery shopping, he came home one day with the thick oats. Honey, I made the DOD some oatmeal with those and life has NOT been the same. Of course it takes longer to cook but it's so worth it. That's all the want for breakfast now (along with the occasional request for Creamy Wheat)

Milk is a staple in our home but Real Milk aka Raw Milk is the only milk we buy. It's the best tasting, creamiest, sweetest milk I've ever had. I never knew such milk existed growing up. Since moving to MO we have to get it directly from the farm because it's not sold in stores here like in California and Washington. Actually I like knowing that my milk is farm fresh and the girls love it.

I'm in love with She Scent It hair AND body products. My hair and skin are thankful for natural products made with love. I swear I don't have to worry about my psoriasis breaking out and spending tons of money at the dermatologist and pharmacists on "medicines" that actually make my skin worse and not better. Modern medicine my azz. *shakin head*

Real African Black soap, from African *chuckle* I always thought that "soap" irritated my skin not realizing it was the chemicals manufacturers put into soap that was irritating me. I realized that soap is made with natural oils and other stuff from that earth that HELPS my skin and not harms it. Of course the only place I've been able to get the real deal is from the internet.

The only body wash I can buy at the local grocery is Giovanni Organic Body. I discovered them from some sample packets my hubby brought home from The Natural Way store in Websters Grove. He always bringing home something *chuckle* They have so many different scents but the Bamboo Birch is my favorite, it's so light and airy. Of course the Whole Foods in Town and Country has the order it because their store doesn't carry the body wash but it only takes 2 days and I can get ANY scent I want.

My hubby bought me some Allure for my birthday and we BOTH love it. I was surprised how good it smells on me. So of course I spray the sh*t out of myself and end up smelling like one of the of the older hat ladies in the church cuz you can smell my azz coming a mile away. LOL.

There isn't a show that comes on PBS Kids that I don't like. *chuckle* And yes Sesame Street is an all time favorite. The DOD are total PBS kids, LOL. They love their shows.

Omega-3 that's disguised as a chocolate truffle? Bija Omega Truffles are my true addiction. I can eat them things all day, every day. Whenever my Hunny buys them, they do NOT last. Why? Cuz I always "crack out" on them immediately.

Well I'm glad I could share. I just love sharing, don't you? *chuckle*

- That's all *in the Devil Wears Prada Meryl Streep voics* LOL

where can i get real milk?? does it upset your stomach? i wanna try the hempmilk too though it doesn't sound to appetizing.... i tried soy and that stuff was horrible. i've been meaning to that Meyers stuff. i usually just mix my own stuff up and add Lavender to it for scent. my new snack is pistachios. i've been sleeping on them for the longest!
